canada vista beta 2 dvd kit

Hi, did anyone else that lives in Canada order the DVD kit? Does the key come with the DVD or by email? I ordered it on June 8th and haven't received it yet. I called the 1-800 number and the person couldn't say why I haven't received it as it was shipped on June 13th. They said to call back "after the holiday". I suppose I should have downloaded it. I never received an email even though the order said I would receive one to say when it was shipped. If I downloaded it now I wouldn't have a key in any case. Also, the person on the phone said it was shipped out by "regular mail" but my order form said it would be shipped by courier (Purolator). Oh, does anyone know an email address I could ask about my order. The person on the phone is trained to get you off as quick as possible I think!

I live in Canada I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago....2 days later received the email saying it was shipped and received it yesterday by regular mail. When you receive it it will be 2 DVD with the key included on a card.The card also states its good until June 2007 and you can install it on up to 10 machines!!!
If you decide to not wait and download I believe they email a key....different key peter

I ordered the DVD's also, as well as the CD for Office 2007 at the end of May. I live in the St. Louis area and have not received them yet. Fortunately I then downloaded both. I hope Microsoft does a better job at delivering the DVD's for RC1. If I had not downloaded them, I would be highly agitated by the whole thing.

If you ordered the DVD Kit correctly you would have gotten a order conformation e-mail with your order number and a 1-800 number to call. The Kits are being delivered by DHL. I did order the DVD kit correctly. I didn't receive an email to say when it would be shipped. I did receive an order number and did call the 1-800 number. Like I mentioned they are trained to get a customer off the phone in the least time possible and all they could say was that it should have been here by now. They suggested I wait until the holidays are over (does the US get a four day weekend?) and then call again. I believe it was lost/stolen in transit because it shouldn't have taken this long to get here. The order form I printed said that it would be shipped by Purolator, but the person I spoke to on the phone said it was shipped by regular mail. I have an email in now too (thank you Dave) but they aren't answering until after the holidays. I downloaded Vista today, but don't want to install it until I have a key.
